NAME: Mrs Sara Dempsey

About The Teacher

I have my Bachelor degree in Music Education from Immaculata University and my
Masters degree in Music Education from Boston University.  I have been playing
flute since I was in 4th grade and I play bass flute in the PA flute choir
which is a semi-professional flute ensemble that performs concerts around the
area.  

Along with teaching music in the school I am also the music director for the parish.  

Besides music I also love to visit with my family who lives in Gettysburg, PA.
and running.  

This year will be a great year at St. Max.  I am really excited about all that
is going to be going on. 

Mission For The Class

The Mission I have for this class is that all students leave my room with a
better appreciation and understanding of music.
