1. Does a 1 or 2 on the report card mean my child is just not artistic?

A student will not receive below a 3 on the report card in art class if
they come prepared, try every project, respect other students, their work,
and the art supplies. Below a 3, indicates a behavior problem that is
preventing them from doing their best work.
