Reading Olympics

2016/2017
We will once again be participating in the Chester County Reading Olympics!! This year it will be held on May 23rd and 25th. We will be entering two elementary teams and two middle school teams.

2015/2016
Congratulations to our Reading Olympics team!! The Disco Ducks and Funky Monkeys both recieved the blue ribbon!!! The Crazy Cardinals and Cardinal Book Worms both recieved the red ribbon. We are so proud of all of the students who participated in this event!!!

The Reading Olympics was held at East High School March 8th and 10th. Schools from all around Chester County participate. Each team reads 45 books. The night of the event questions about the books are asked by a moderator. Teams accumalate points for every correct answer. The Reading Olympics encourages students to find a love for reading by introducing them to a variety of quality books in different genres.
